  • NCP operates in accordance with ISO9001 principles.
  • All NDT undertaken by independent RSA NDT technicians at specified hold points.
  • All hold points are inspected by NCP project engineers & QA personnel.
  • Specified hold points included are casting processes, NDT, fettling, workpiece setup, final machining, gear-cutting, work-piece run-outs, dimensional inspections, FAT, sandblasting, painting and packaging.
  • Vendor data report document control management.
  • QCP’s for every component manufactured.
  • Full manufacturing data report (MDR) issued on project completion.

PROCESS DESIGN

  • NCP applies modified bond theory and proven service factors for precise ball mill sizing.
  • SAG/AG mills are sized using a hybrid model integrating data from renowned sources like Barrett, Austen & Morrell.
  • Recent implementation of a specific energy/breakage distribution model enhances SAG mill sizing with comprehensive circuit details.

MECHANICAL DESIGN

  • Thorough Torsional Analysis and harmonic resonance checks for drive train.
  • Rigorous FEA with structural finite element package ensures robust mill structures meeting AAC323001 standards.
  • Casting simulations fatigue analysis and fluid film analysis are integral parts of our design process.
  • Gearbox design adheres to ANSI/AGMA 2101 – D04 and NCP specification, ensuring superior performance.
  • Couplings and open gearing designed to NCP specification and AGMA standards respectively.

E & I DESIGN

  • Comprehensive Electrical, Instrumentation & control system design services.
