Our project capabilities extend to our logistical management, installation, commissioning, and aftermarket support. This solidifies our position as a global leader in gear-driven grinding mill project delivery.

NCP has access to one of the largest engineering workshops in Africa.

This workshop spans over 20 000m2, with a crane capacity of up to 200 tons, plate rolling capabilities up to 260mm thick, and machining capacity up to 16 meters in diameter.

NCP carries a solid reputation in the grinding mill industry. We have supplied over 290 mills into 38 countries, supplying some of the largest gear-driven mills in the world. We aim to be your preferred grinding mill partner.

NCP undertake our largest refurbishment project to date, with the purchase of six 18’Ø ball mills from an abandoned mine on Bougainville Island (PNG).

NCP secure the order to supply our largest mills to date – 1 of 28’Ø x 18’, 7MW SAG mill and a 20’Ø x 32’, 7MW ball mill.

2013
NCP enter the large mill market for supply of a 36’Ø x 19.5’, 13.5MW SAG mill and a 22’Ø x 34’, 8.5MW ball mill. The SAG Mill girth gear was the largest SG iron girth gear ever supplied in the world at the time.

NCP are awarded the contract to supply a new 24’Ø x 38’, 12MW project in Guinea. Largest ball mill to date.
