Harmony, Hidden Valley PNG Project Supply of a refurbished 12x16ft, 1250kW Regrind Ball Mill. The mill was purchased from a local gold mine. The heads and shell required extensive refurbishment. Refurbishment WPS were established including thermal stress relieving and post repair machining. Refurbishment included a girth gear re-cut, supply of pinions. A spare drive train was also ordered and delivered. Operational spares were supplied. The mill is currently being installed with commissioning to follow in Papua New Guinea.
